1. Fill out and send your registration form. 2. We will be contacting you within 2 business days to accept your payment to hold your spot in a class. 1 DOG $210 + $10.50 (GST) = $220.50 2 DOGS $210 + $189 (2nd Dog is 10% off) + $19.95 (GST) = $418.95

TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
2nd Set of Immunizations (DHPP Booster, Rabies and Bordetella) *email copy to fortheloveofpaws@shaw.ca.

BEHAVIOURAL REQUIREMENTS All dogs in class are required to be friendly to other dogs and people. They mustn’t have shown any aggression to other dogs or people.

CLASS CANCELLATION If the minimum enrolment for a class is not met 3 days prior to the first class session, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled. In this case, we will be contact you by telephone or e-mail to see if you would like to enrol in the rescheduled class, receive credit toward a future class, or receive a full refund.

REFUNDS A refund will only be given due to a dog’s injury or illness during enrolment accompanied by a letter from your veterinarian. Otherwise, no refunds will be given. If a dog is deemed unsuitable or unsafe from class by our trainer, the dog may be asked to leave for everyone’s safety.
