PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS * Your registration isn’t complete until we’ve received your payment for this class. * We will be contacting you within 2 business days to accept your payment to hold your spot in a class. $160+ $8 GST = $168 Total for one dog $160 + $144 (10% off) + $15.20 GST = $319.20 Total for two dogs

TERMS OF AGREEMENT CLASS CANCELLATION If the minimum enrolment for a class is not met 3 days prior to the first class session, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled. In this case, we will be contact you by telephone or e-mail to see if you would like to enrol in the rescheduled class, receive credit toward a future class, or receive a full refund.

REFUNDS A refund will only be given due to a dog’s injury or illness during enrolment accompanied by a letter from your veterinarian. Otherwise, no refunds will be given. If a dog is deemed unsuitable or unsafe from class by our trainer, the dog may be asked to leave for everyone’s safety.
